service pumps will be housed in the "porch" portion of the building. Pumps shall be <br />constant speed and activated by pressure controls. Electrical panels and controls <br />shall also be placed in this area with HVAC (wall mounted unit) as required. <br /> <br />2.2 Disinfection <br /> <br />The disinfection (sodium hypochlorite) system will be placed in the existing garage <br />and will be only used to "boost" the residual if required to meet FDEP cdteda. <br /> <br />2.3 Architect <br /> <br />Condition 10 of the Seminole County staff recommendations requires consultation <br />with a residential architect "to ensure the proposed facility will be visually compatible <br />with the existing residential character of the neighborhood". We have included <br />consultation/design/review with a residential architect. <br /> <br />2.4 Electrical/Instrumentation Desi.qn <br /> <br />We will retain the services of an electrical engineer to perform <br />electrical/instrumentation design. See Appendix A for the scope of work. <br /> <br />2.5 Seminole County Site Plan Approval <br /> <br />We will prepare a site plan in accordance with the Seminole County Land <br />Development Code and the specific conditions of the Conditional Use Permit. This <br />site plan will be provided to the Owner for submittal as part of the required materials <br />for approval from Seminole County. We will assist the Owner in obtaining approval <br />from Seminole County. <br /> <br />2.6 FDEP <br /> <br />We will assist the Owner in the preparation of the application and support materials <br />for an FDEP water permit. <br /> <br />2.7 SJRWMD <br /> <br />The proposed improvements yield an impervious area less than the SJRWMD <br />thresholds. Therefore, we have not included a cost to apply for this permit. <br /> <br />2.8 Permit Fees <br /> <br />All permit fees wi~ be paid separately and directly to the responsible agency by the <br />OWNER. <br /> <br /> <br />
