"Exhibit A" <br /> <br /> SUPPLEMENT No. 16 - <br /> <br />HUNTERFIELD ROAD STORAGE AND HIGH SERVICE PROJECT <br />TO THE <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUING CONSULTING <br /> <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br /> BETWEEN <br /> <br /> THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA <br /> <br /> AND <br /> <br /> CPH ENGINEERS, INC. <br /> <br />This Supplement No. 16, dated this /0~hday of /'~' ,2004 to an Agreement previously <br />entered into on the 14th day of March 1994 by and between the City of Casselberry, Florida, <br />hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, and CPH Engineers, Inc, hereinafter referred to as the <br />ENGINEER, is mutually agreed upon and declared an extension of the original Amendment dated <br />March 14, 1994. <br /> <br />In the event of a conflict between this supplement and the original Agreement dated March 14, <br />1994, the provisions of this Supplement shall apply for the work described herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
