2.20 <br /> <br />2.21 <br /> <br />2.22 <br /> <br />Five (5) sets of construction documents <br />One (1) copy of the opinion of probable cost <br />One (1) set of technical specifications <br />Electronic File of Construction Documents <br /> <br />Client Review Meetings - Glatting Jackson will attend two (2) meetings (at the 90 <br />percent and 1 O0 percent stages of completion) with the Client to review the progress of <br />the construction documents. Minor revisions will be incorporated into the documents <br />based on review comments. Substantial changes that represent a significant departure <br />from the original design program, budget, and approved concept shalI be considered an <br />Additional Service. <br /> <br />Final Construction Documents - Glatting Jackson shall prepare a final set of <br />Construction Documents, incorporating review comments from the 100 percent Client <br />review meeting. The documents will be suitable for bidding and construction of the <br />landscape design elements of the project as detailed in this scope of services. <br /> <br />Deliverables - As a result of these tasks, Glatting Jackson shall produce the following: <br /> <br />Five (5) sets of construction documents <br />One (1) copy of the final opinion of probable cost <br />One (l) set of technical specifications <br />Electronic file of Construction Documents <br /> <br />Services Not Included - Any work required by federal, state, or local code to be <br />provided by a licensed professional other than a Landscape Architect is beyond the <br />scope of the work performed by Glatting Jackson. Each professional or identified <br />Subconsultant on the team will sign and seal documents containing the work prepared <br />by them. <br /> <br />PART <br /> <br />2.23 <br /> <br />2.24 <br /> <br />VI - Bidding and Construction Observation <br /> <br />Bidding Assistance - Glatting Jackson will attend pre-bid meetings, comment on shop <br />drawings, submittals, Contractor request for information (RFIs), review tree images, <br />schedule/coordinate tree tagging trips and issue bulletins. <br /> <br />Construction Observation - Glatting Jackson will visit the site five (5) times at <br />intervals appropriate to the stage of construction to become familiar with the progress <br />and quality of work and to determine if the work is generally proceeding in accordance <br />with the construction documents. Each site visit will be followed by a detailed report <br />of any work Glatting Jackson determines to be in non-conformance with the contract <br />documents. Glatting Jackson will review and comment on shop drawings, submittals <br />and contractor pay requests.
