2.17 <br /> <br />Client Review Meetings - Glatting Jackson will attend two (2) meetings with the <br />Client to review the progress of the design development documents. Minor revisions <br />will be incorporated into the documents based on review comments from each meeting. <br />Major revisions shall be provided as an Additional Service. After the second review <br />meeting Glatting Jackson shall proceed with the preparation of the Construction <br />Document phase of the work, incorporating revisions suggested during the Client <br />review. <br /> <br />PART <br /> <br />2.18 <br /> <br />2.19 <br /> <br />V - Construction Document Development (90% & 100% Design) <br /> <br />Construction Documents - Based on the reviewed design development documents, <br />Glatting Jackson shall prepare construction documents for the development of the <br />landscape / hardscape and the following site features: <br /> <br />Triplet Lake Drive Streetscape <br />West Melody Drive & West Triplet Lake Drive Streetscape and Open Space <br />Internal Roadways and Parking Areas <br />Pedestrian Walkways <br />Building Perimeter Landscape & Hardscape Areas <br />Park & Open Space Areas to include: <br />o Amphitheater area to accommodate a stage and seating area of a tiered <br /> lawn <br />o Small Boat Dock (for canoes & kayaks) <br />o Ornamental Fountain <br />o Interactive Fountain <br />o Fishing Pier/Overlook <br />o Playground/Tot Lot <br /> <br />Specifically, Glatting Jackson shall prepare landscape plans, irrigation plans, and <br />layout plans for the elements identified above, as well as: <br /> <br />Construction details, including details, elevations and sections provided as <br />necessary to communicate the design intent and construction materials; <br />Technical specifications that define materials and methods appropriate for <br />construction. <br /> <br />Opinion of Probable Cost - Glatting Jackson shall prepare an opinion of probable <br />cost for all elements detailed in the Landscape Construction Documents. <br /> <br />Deliverables - As a result of these tasks, Glatting Jackson shall produce the following <br />for each Client review meeting: <br /> <br />Glatting Jackson Kcrcher Anglin Lopez Rinehart, Inc. <br /> Page6 o£11 <br /> <br /> <br />
