Southeastern Survey & Mapping Corporation (Southeastern) Work Effort Southeastern will provide limited topographic survey including location of edges of pavement and trailers south of Gee Creek. Southeastern will perform a boundary survey and establish existing right-of-way lines and property lines. Southeastern will locate the wetland lines on the south side of Gee Creek and provide several cross sections of the creek at the historic Belle Avenue crossing. After the alignment is defined, Southeastern will establish and monument the corridor and prepare up to four legal descriptions and sketches. Lotspeich and Associates, Inc.(Lotspeich) Work Effort Lotspeich will locate the wetland lines along the south side of Gee Creek in the vicinity of the proposed realignment. The wetland lines on the north side of the creek will be located and surveyed under a separate project The estimated level of effort for this project is shown on Table 1, attached. Schedule TEl will provide a detailed schedule after Notice to Proceed. In general, the schedule is based on the following timeline. The timeline assumes receipt of all survey elements for this work order and the section north of Gee Creek which is being surveyed under a separate contract by the City. At completion, TEl will furnish one (1) set of reproducible prints as well as an electronic copy. All documents prepared or obtained by TEl shall be property of the City.
