SECTION 1 <br /> <br />PURPOSE OF SUPPLEMENT <br /> <br />1.0 General <br /> <br />The purpose of this Supplement is to provide professional transportation engineering <br />services for the proposed realignment plan for North Winter Park Drive, from Seminola <br />Boulevard to SR 434. Preparation of the plans will require work effort from TEl and <br />survey and environmental subconsultants. The City is performing preliminary <br />topographic and boundary survey work north of Gee Creek to SR 434 under a separate <br />project. The additional survey work for this Supplement involves topographic and <br />boundary survey work south of Gee Creek to Seminola Boulevard. The supplemental <br />survey is included in the attached fee proposal. The anticipated work effort is described <br />as follows. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 <br /> <br />SCOPE OF PROFESSIONAL TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING <br /> RELATED SERVICES <br /> <br />2.0 General Services of the Engineer <br /> <br />Establish a Right-of-Way corridor linking existing Winter Park Drive to SR 434 based on <br />recommendations from the Winter Park Drive Study. Additionally, this corridor will make <br />best use of the property contemplated to be purchased along the corridor. The fee for <br />this service is (not to exceed) $287831.81, without prior written authorization. <br /> <br />2.01 General Scope of Services <br /> <br />TE__J <br /> <br />TEl will prepare a set of plans at a 1"=100' scale that will show the proposed roadway <br />realignment and limits of required right-of-way. The plans will only show the preliminary <br />footprint of the roadway and connections to existing roadways. The scope of work does <br />not include any vertical alignment design or cross sections, drainage design including <br />the Gee Creek crossing, permitting, or utility coordination. The recommended <br />alignment will be the most feasible of alternatives developed (3) during the process of <br />this task. <br /> <br /> <br />
