Preliminary Engineering Based on the conceptual development plan a preliminary engineering will be perform to estimate storm water management and utility infrastructure requirements. Conceptual drainage and utility plans will show approximate size of storm water pond, conveyer, s system concept and utility distribution concept. VI. Coordination and Deliverables All reeeamh and analysis will be prepared in a sketch format and informal report. One final conceptual master plan and one preliminary engineering plan will be prepared and submitted as project final product. One electronic format of drawing will be submitted to the City after project completion. One 24"x36" colored rendering of the conceptual development plan will be prepared. The scope assumes two meetings with the client for interview and resaamh and one meeting to present the plan. The proiect will be completed in 60 days after receipt of a written notice to proceed. V. Assumptions Jurisdictional wetland, threaten and endangered species on the subject site will be identified and delineated as part of the topographic survey. The Client will provide bounde~ and topographic survey, which include wetlands, above and underground utilities. B. A traffic study is not included in this scope. Permit applications will not be prepared or submitted to any agencies. The conceptual development plan will be based on the current land development regulations. SKC assumes that dimensional requirements such as setbacks, buffers and building height wilt be in accordance with general commemial zoning. The above services will he provided on a lump sum basis plus reimbursable expenses per following schedule'.
