Preliminary Engineering <br /> <br />Based on the conceptual development plan a preliminary engineering will be perform to <br />estimate storm water management and utility infrastructure requirements. Conceptual <br />drainage and utility plans will show approximate size of storm water pond, conveyer, s <br />system concept and utility distribution concept. <br /> <br />VI. Coordination and Deliverables <br /> <br />All reeeamh and analysis will be prepared in a sketch format and informal report. <br />One final conceptual master plan and one preliminary engineering plan will be prepared <br />and submitted as project final product. One electronic format of drawing will be <br />submitted to the City after project completion. <br /> <br />One 24"x36" colored rendering of the conceptual development plan will be prepared. <br /> <br />The scope assumes two meetings with the client for interview and resaamh and one <br />meeting to present the plan. The proiect will be completed in 60 days after receipt of a <br />written notice to proceed. <br /> <br />V. Assumptions <br /> <br />Jurisdictional wetland, threaten and endangered species on the subject site will be <br />identified and delineated as part of the topographic survey. The Client will provide <br />bounde~ and topographic survey, which include wetlands, above and underground utilities. <br /> <br />B. A traffic study is not included in this scope. Permit applications will not be prepared or <br /> submitted to any agencies. <br /> <br />The conceptual development plan will be based on the current land development <br />regulations.
