<br />ORDINANCE # 00-1001 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN <br />ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS <br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND <br />SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PRD <br />(pLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, SINGLE-FAMILY LOW DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the properties hereinafter <br />described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for <br />and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the properties hereinafter described is designated as Low Density Residential on the Casselberry <br />Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the PRO (Planned Residential Development) zoning classification is consistent with the Low Density <br />Residential Future Land Use designation; and <br /> <br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that <br />the zoning classification of said properties shall be established as PRO as that classification is defined in Articles IV <br />and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of <br />Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and <br />supplemented, for a certain parcel of land located west of Lake Howell Lane, south of Ultra Vista Drive, more <br />specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />Plat Book 55, Pages 15-16, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida and Plat Book 46, Page 38 containing <br />20.7 acres. <br /> <br />be, and the same is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: <br /> <br />PRO (Planned Residential Development) as that classification which is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter <br />II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />The following development standards shall govern the proposed development of the above-described lands with <br />the exception of lot 44 and Tract H which have been conveyed to the Ultra Vista Condominium Association.
