<br />G. Industrial-NIedium developments shall be designed so the siting, height or bulk <br />of building is compatible wiill adjacent development. <br /> <br />SECTION II. CODIFIO\TION. It is the intention of the GtyCoffiIIlission of the Gtyof <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby orrlained that the provisions of this Orrlinance shall become and <br />be made a parr of the Comprehensive Plan 1990-2010 of the Gty of Casselberry, Florida: that the <br />Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re-Ierrered to accomplish such intention; that the <br />word, "Ordinance," may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. - <br /> <br />SECTION III. CONFUcrs. All Ordinances orparrs of Ordinances in conflict ",-ith any <br />of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to me extent of me com1ict. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. SEVERABIllTI. If any section, subsecuon, sentence, clause, phraSe or <br />portion of this Ordinance, or application hereof, is for any reason held invalid or unconsUtutional by <br />any Court, such portion or application shall be deemed a separate, disrinct and independent provision, <br />and such holding shall not affect the valiclity of me remaining portions or application hereof, to me <br />ma:cimum extent allowed by law. <br /> <br />SECTION V. EFFECTI'lE DATE.
