That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, <br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: RMF-13 (Residential Multi-Family, 13 <br />dulacre) as that classification is defIDed in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida.for that parcel of land located on <br />the east side of Semoran Blvd.and Lake Howell Road, fronting Lake Howell.. more specifically described in Exhibits 13 <br />and 14. <br /> <br />SECTION IX. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this <br />Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION X. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, <br />unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other <br />Section or pan of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION XI. Effective Date.
