<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF
<br />CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED
<br />LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED
<br />AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PS (pUBLIC SERVICE);
<br />ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF ROS (RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE);
<br />ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CG (COMMERCIAL GENERAL); AND RMF-13
<br />(RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY, 13 DWELLING UNIT PER ACRE) FOR THOSE PARCELS DESCRIBED
<br />IN SECTIONS I THROUGH 8 OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY,
<br />AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />
<br />Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classifications of the properties hereinafter
<br />described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for
<br />and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning classifications were heard; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, the property hereinafter described is designated as Commercial. Medium Density Residential, Recreation
<br />Open Space, or Public Service, as appropriate, on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, the eG, Rlv1F-13, ROS or PS zoning classifications are consistent with the appropriate Future Land
<br />Use Map designations; and
<br />
<br />Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that
<br />the zoning classifications of said properties shall be established as CG (Commercial General), RlYfF-13 (Residential
<br />Multi-family 13 dulacre), ROS (Recreation Open Space) or PS (public Service) as those classifications are defmed in
<br />Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of
<br />Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY,
<br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:

<br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Anicle IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land
<br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented,
<br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: PS (Public Service) as that classification is
<br />defmed in Anicles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations,
<br />Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida.for that parcel of land located on the south side of Red Bug Lake
<br />Road east ofSemoran Blvd., more specifically described as LEG SEC 21 TWP 2IS RGE 30E N 155 FT OF E 105 FT
<br />OF SW 1/4 and as shown in Exhibit 1.

<br />SECTION II. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land
<br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented,
<br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: PS (Public Service) as that classification is
<br />defmed in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations,
<br />Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida.for that parcel of land located on the northeast corner of US Hwy.
<br />17-92 and Melody Lane, more specifically described in Exhibits 2 and 3.

<br />SECTION III. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land
<br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented,
<br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: PS (Public Service) and ROS (Recreation
<br />Open Space) as those classifications are defmed in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the
<br />Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. for those parcels of land
<br />located on the southeast corner of Winter Park Road and Queens Mirror Circle, more specifically described in Exhibits 4
<br />and 5.

<br />SECTION IV. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land
<br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented,
<br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: ROS (Recreation Open Space) as that
<br />classification is defmed in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land
<br />Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida for that parcel of land located on the
<br />east side of Mark David Road and north of Red Bug Lake Road, more specifically described in Exhibits 6 and 7.

<br />SECTION V. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV Section 2-4.3 of the Unified Land
<br />Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida as amended and supplemented,
<br />and is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: PS (Public Service) as that classification is
<br />defmed in Articles IV and V of Chapter II. as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations,
<br />Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida.for that parcel of land located on the east side of Winter Park Road
<br />at 7'" Street., more specifically described in Exhibits 8 and 9.
