<br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of February 26, 2007 - Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 10 <br /> <br />4. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />The City Clerk called the roll of elected officials. All were present. <br /> <br />5. MINUTES <br /> <br />No minutes were presented for consideration. <br /> <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />No items were presented. <br /> <br />7. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Goff announced that persons who wished to make comment or inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />I) Craig Tull, 420 Ranch Trail, voiced concerns regarding the recent joint meetings of the <br />City Commission and the Community Redevelopment Agency. Mr. Tull stated he would <br />like to see a written presentation of ideas previously discussed for formal consideration at <br />the next meeting. <br /> <br />2) Cal Fisher, 1533 Canterbury Circle, voiced concerns regarding vehicles parking on the <br />front lawns in his neighborhood. <br /> <br />3) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, voiced concerns regarding the demolition <br />of the Concord Center. Mr. Casselberry suggested utilizing the vacant center as a temporary <br />community center to see if there is a demand for a larger center. <br /> <br />8. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />A. Beverage Permit Application for March 3, 2007 Jazz and Art Concert - Rotary Club of <br />Casselberry <br /> <br />B.
