The following individual came forward:

I) Craig Tull, 420 Ranch Trail, submitted for the record a copy of a letter dated December
18, 2006 from the Florida Elections Commission to Commissioner Jon Miller regarding a
complaint Commissioner Miller made alleging election law violations by Mr. Tull and a
copy of an advertisement for a meet the candidates event at Commissioner Miller's house
on October 21, 2006. Copies of said documents are attached to and made a part of these
minutes. Mr. Tull stated the complaint was found to be legally insufficient by the Florida
Elections Commission and that his website, www.casselberrysecrets.com. is just a fact
gathering endeavor. Mr. Tull further stated the advertisement he submitted for the record
was found during one of his fact finding missions, and it was published without a political
disclaimer. Mr. Tull stated he also found a number of other things that Commissioner
Miller has been doing, but he did not want to go into specifics on what those things were.
Mr. Tull asked Commissioner Miller to remove himself from office because he did not think
that Commissioner Miller has been fair and upright with the people. Mr. Tull also stated
that if Commissioner Miller chose not to remove himself from office, that he would make
sure that all the information he has acquired is put on his website properly.

No one else came forward.

8.
