<br />RESOLUTION 07 -1759 -8 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A STANDARD CONSULTANT <br />AGREEMENT WITH DYER, RIDDLE, MILLS & PRECOURT, INC., (DRMP), <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING INSPECTION (CEI) SERVICES; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry wishes to enter into a standard consultant <br />agreement for Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services for the City's three major <br />transportation projects: (1) the Triplet Lake Drive and US Highway 17-92 Intersection <br />Improvements project, (2) the North Winter Park Drive Re-alignment project, and (3) the <br />Plumosa Avenue and US Highway 17-92 Intersection Improvements project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry advertised for a Request for Qualifications and six <br />(6) proposals were received, including experience and qualifications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's Selection Committee reviewed the information submitted and <br />found Dyer, Riddle, Mills & Precourt, Inc., (DRMP), to be the most responsive, responsible, and <br />adequate for the City's CEI services. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the <br />Standard Consultant Agreement with Dyer, Riddle, Mills & Precourt, Inc., (DRMP), (attached as <br />"Exhibit A"), and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
