SERVICES: The Board will provide transportation services to User, utilizing <br />appropriate school buses owned llnd opt:T1Iled by the BOard,puTsuam and subject to the <br />provisions of 9 1006.261, Florida Statutes. The transportation is for the sole pur.po.se oJ <br />transporting school age children as requested by the User. The bus(es) will be operaled <br />by employees of the Roard, who shall be assigned by the Director of Transportation <br />Services. <br /> <br />2. CHARGES: User will pay the rate of 30.00 per hour and .50 <br />ccnts per mile ofuscinclusivc of bus driver salary, fuel, oil, maintenance and mileage for <br />the period of time from JANUARY I, 2007 through JANUARY I, 2008. Uscr will be <br />charged a four-hour minimum for services rendered 00 a oon-~iIKllc County Public <br />School attendancc day. Cancellations not made forty-eight hours in advancc of trip will <br />be charged a four-hour minimum for services. Thc Board shall prepare an invoicc for the <br />amount due upon delivery of tile requested services to the User lInd ~ubmit io thc User at <br />the following address: 95 TRIPLET LAKE DR CASSELBERRY FL 32707 User will be <br />invoiced by the 10th (tenth) working day of tile month following the month in which the <br />services are provided by thc Board. I <br /> <br />3. INDEMNIFICATION: <br /> <br />(a) Pursuant to 1006.261(2)(3) & (b), Florida Statutes, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by reference and attachmcnt, the User <br />hereby agrees to fully indemnify and hold. thc Board harmless from any claims, <br />judgments, losses, costs or expenses, including all litigation expenses .and..auorney's fees <br />arising out of any claim, judgment or loss occurring on account of the use of Seminole <br />County Public Schools school buses pursuant to 1his agreement. This agreement shall <br />survive the full cxecution or termination of this agreement and shall r...main.in .full fQl:CC <br />and effect until such time as any applicable statute of limitations shall have lapsed. <br /> <br />~002/004 <br />
