Resolution 06-1735 - Supplement No. 19 to the Continuing Services Contract with CPH Engineers <br />for Updating the Storm water and Lake Management Master Plan <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 06-1735 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA,AUTHORIZING <br />THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT NO. 19 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF CASELBERRY AND CPH ENGINEERS,INe. FOR ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE STORMWATER AND LAKE <br />MANAGEMENT MASTER PLAN; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Resolution 06-1735 approves Supplement No. 19 to the continuing services contract <br />with CPH Engineers, Inc. For updating the Storm water and Lake Management Master Plan, which was <br />developed fifteen years ago. The cost associated with Supplement # 19 is $49,120 and is budgeted in the <br />Stormwater Utility Fund. The Master Plan will review and actualize the current program based on <br />operational and infrastructure improvement requirements. Specifically, conceptual projects and preliminary <br />cost estimates will be developed for the following elements: <br /> <br />. Flood Attenuation and Control <br />. Water Quality Retrofits <br />. Erosion Control Measures <br />Infrastructure Repair and Maintenance <br />. Aquatic Plant Control <br />. Lake Re-vegetation and Aesthetic Improvements <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approve Resolution 06-1735 authorizing agreement with CPH Engineers, Inc.as <br />presented. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner to approve Resolution 06-1735, <br />Continuing Services Contract with CPH Engineers, as presented. Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />14. Other Items <br /> <br />A. Special Invoice and Minor Contract Report <br />- Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D' Agresta, P.A. City Attorney Services for October 2006 - $8,639.4 7 <br />-Akerman Senterfitt - City Labor Attoney Services for September 2006 - $9,725.00 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner to approve the Special Invoice and <br />Minor Contract Reports as submitted. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Colleen S. Hufford and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br />
