After discussions with <br />several ofthe Commercial Haulers, the following items were incorporated into Ordinance 06-1208 to further <br />revise the solid waste franchise program: <br /> <br />. Requiring service to its customers in anticipation of a major storm or disaster, <br /> <br />Requiring notification to the City of customers that routinely leave materials around the <br />container, rather than inside the container, <br /> <br />Addressing markings on dumpsters reflecting "on-call" pick-up in addition to the scheduled <br />pick-up, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Removing annual inspection of the franchisee's trucks and equipment to be conducted by <br />the City of Casselberry, <br />
