Ordinance 06-1205 - Rezoning of Lot 4, Casselberry Exchange from Commercial General <br />to Planned Mixed Use, High Intensity - 168 and 174-190 State Road 436 <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 06-1205 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN <br />ARTICLE IV, SECTION2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS <br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND <br />SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OFPMX-H <br />(pLANNED MIXED USE: HIGH INTENSITY) FOR THE PARCEL DESCRIBED IN <br />SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Ordinance 06-1205 is a rezoning request for Lot 4 within the Casselberry Exchange <br />Replat, located at 168 and 174-190 State Road 436, from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-H (Planned <br />Mixed Use: High Intensity) within the Community Redevelopment District (CRD). The rezoning of Lot 4 <br />is compatible with the future land use designation, H1NR-MDR, and achieves the requirement placed upon <br />the development of the parcel by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission recommended approval of the rezoning at an advertised public hearing held on July 26, 2006. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approve Ordinance 06-1205 on first reading and set the public hearing for <br />September 25, 2006. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Colleen S.
