Approval of Preliminary Replat - Cambridge Oaks, Plumosa Avenue and U.S. Highway 17-92 - <br />Approve as per City Manager recommendation dated August 17, 2006. The preliminary replat for <br />the Cambridge Oaks office-retail development must receive approval from the Commission prior to <br />the issuance of building or site construction permits. Approval of the preliminary plat allows the <br />property owner/developer to initiate construction on Lot I. This allows City Staff and the <br />Consultant, HNTB, to develop a final design for PlumosaAvenue and incorporate the actual impacts <br />ofthe realignment on Lot 2 into the final replat. <br /> <br />D. Budget Transfer - from General Fund to CRA Fund - Under-Funded Paymentto CRA in the amount <br />of$584,290 for the period June I, 1995 through June 30, 2006. Budget Transfer is attached to and <br />made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner to approve the Consent Agenda as <br />presented.
