<br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />OCTOBER 12,2006 PAGE 3 <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Kathleen Hale made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case 06-01348 in violation of city code 70- <br />2.C, and that Respondents correct the violation before 1 :00 p.m. 10/27/2006. Another hearing will be <br />held hefore this board on 11/09/2006 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is <br />no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each <br />and every day violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to <br />contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this order. <br /> <br />Alvera Armour seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />CE 06-01607 390 MARIGOLD ROAD <br /> <br />Michele Toole, Code Enforcement Inspector, gave testimony, and entered into record proof of service <br />via affidavit of posting. She also entered photo evidence via electronic transmission, and asked to let <br />the record reflect that there was no one present to represent the owners of this address. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Michele Toole, gave testimony, requested a finding of non compliance, and the violation to be <br />corrected by 10/27/2006 with a fine of$25.00 per day ifnot in compliance. <br /> <br />Robert Flint, made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case 06-01607 in violation of city code 68- <br />131, and that Respondents correct the violation before 1 :00 p.m. 10/27/2006. Another hearing will be <br />held before this board on 11109/2006 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is <br />no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each <br />and every day violation continues past the aforestated date.
