CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 12,2006 PAGE 3 Discussion. Kathleen Hale made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case 06-01348 in violation of city code 70- 2.C, and that Respondents correct the violation before 1 :00 p.m. 10/27/2006. Another hearing will be held hefore this board on 11/09/2006 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this order. Alvera Armour seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.
