<br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />OCTOBER 12,2006 PAGE 2 <br /> <br />(Carolyn) Jimette Cook, Code Enforcement Bureau Chief, walked the Board Members thru the agenda <br />of the October 12, 2006 meeting. <br /> <br />CASES COMPLIED BEFORE MEETING <br /> <br />CE-06-01246 504 Brittan;' Circle <br />CE-06-01348 311 Concord Drive <br />CE-06-01467 310 Iris Road <br /> <br />NEW CASES <br /> <br />CE-06-01132 801 CALOOSA TRAIL <br /> <br />Jerry Ramos, Code Enforcement Officer, gave testimony, entered into record proof of service, <br />affidavit of posting and photo evidence, as well as noting that no one was present to represent the <br />owners of this residence. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Jerry Ramos, gave testimony, requested a finding of noncompliance, and the violation should be <br />corrected by 10/27/2006 with a fine of$25.00 per day ifnot in compliance. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />(Carolyn) Jimette Cook, Code Enforcement Bureau Chief, gave testimony. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Rhonda Singer Ovist made a motion to find Respondents in Case CE 06-01132 in violation of City <br />Code, Section 70-2.c, and that Respondents correct the violation before 1 :00 p.m. 10/27/2006. <br />Another hearing will be held before this Board on 11/09/2006 to determine the compliance by the <br />aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 <br />per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the afore stated date.
