Enforcement Officer, gave testimony and entered building <br />plans into evidence. <br /> <br />Rick Casselberry gave testimony. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Ms. Armour found the Respondents in case CE-06-00093 in violation of city code, Section 104.1.1 <br />FBC, and that Respondents correct the violation before 1 :00 p.m. 06/08/06. Another hearing will be <br />held before this Board on 07/13/2006 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there <br />is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $200.00 per day will be imposed <br />for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are <br />further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this order. <br /> <br />Mr.Wight seconded the motion <br /> <br />The motion was unanimously approved. <br />
