Henderson, Chairman, called the meeting to order. Norman Wight, Vice-Chairman, <br />led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />CITY STAFF PRESENT <br /> <br />Virginia Cassady - Assistant City Attorney <br />(Carolyn) Jimette Cook - Chief Code Enforcement Officer <br />Brenda Jones - Recording Secretary <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Richard L. Henderson, Chairman-Present <br />Norman Wight, Vice - Chairman-Present <br />Alvera Armour - Present <br />Peter Reece - Present <br />Kathleen A. Hale - Present <br />Robert C. Flint - Present <br />Mary L. Poindexter - Present <br />Rhonda Singer Ovist - Present <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mr; Wight made a motion to approve the minutes of the April 13, 2006 meeting. <br /> <br />Ms. Hale seconded the motion, and it was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />SWEARING OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE <br /> <br />Virginia Cassady, Assistant City Attorney, swore in those who would testify. <br />
