<br />Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, <br /> <br />Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, regarding potential location of adult entertainment establishments and <br /> <br />sexually oriented businesses on the real property subject to this ordinance, the City <br /> <br />Commission hereby incorporates herein by this reference, as data and analysis and <br /> <br />evidence supporting such location, the findings and evidence recently placed on file at <br /> <br />Casselberry City Hall, and as set forth in City of Casselberry Ordinance No. 99-934. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3 of <br /> <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, for those parcels of land located <br /> <br />along North Winter Park Drive, more specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the Northeast Industrial Park Replat AS RECORDED <br /> <br />IN PLAT BOOK 70, Pages 77 & 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br /> <br />is hereby amended and given the zoning district classification as follows: <br /> <br />1M, Industrial Medium, as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, <br /> <br />District and General Regulations, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land <br /> <br />Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 06-1202 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
