Box 2873 <br />Orlando, Florida 32802-2873 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 06-1202 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF 1M, <br />INDUSTRIAL-MEDIUM, FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 ACRES <br />OF PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN BELLE AVENUE AND <br />HELEN STREET, TO INCLUDE ADULT ENTERTAINMENT <br />LAND USES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of establishing a zoning classification <br /> <br />for the property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, <br /> <br />Florida, and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed <br /> <br />establishment of zoning classification were heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described is designated as 1M, Industrial- <br /> <br />Medium, on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1M, Industrial-Medium zoning classification, is consistent with the <br /> <br />Industrial-Medium Future Land Use Map designation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be <br /> <br />established as 1M, Industrial-Medium, as that classification is defined in Articles IV and Vof <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 06-1202 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
