<br />LOTS 25, 26, & 27, BLOCK "A", SPORTSMAN'S PARADISE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, <br />AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 12 & 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, (LESS THAT PART LYING WITHIN 33 FEET OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE LAKE DRIVE <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR LAKE DRIVE). <br /> <br />and is hereby amended and given the Medium Density Residential Future Land Use designation. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this <br />Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, <br />unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section <br />or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date. This ordinance shall not become effective until 31 days after adoption. If <br />challenged within 30 days after adoption, small scale development amendments shall not become effective until the <br />state land planning agency or the administrative commission, respectively, issues a final order determining the <br />adopted small scale development amendment is in compliance. <br /> <br />FIRST READING this 22 day of May, 2006 <br /> <br />SECOND READING AND ADOPTION this <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />,2006 <br /> <br />Thelma L.
