EXHIBIT A This instrument prepared by: Sandra Smith Acting Community Development Director City 0' Casselberry 95 Triple' Lake Drive Casselberry, Florida 32707 I /! ~4vU~ ~/,J~/tl6 ORDINANCE No. 06.1196 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO AMEND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL FUTURE LAND USE MAP, ESTABLISHING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION OF MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MDR) FOR THE PARCEL AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. and WHEREAS, the property described in Section I is within the corporate boundary of the City of Casselberry; WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider this Comprehensive Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the City of Casselberry Future Land Use Map designations of the properties hereinafter described, has been duly held by the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry Future Land Use Map designations were heard; and WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has held a public hearing to consider the Comprehensive Plan Amendment and has detennined that the Future Land Use Map designations of said properties provided in Section I, herein, shall be established as specified as those designations are defined in Future Land Use Element Objective FLU 1, as amended and supplemented, of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and WHEREAS, such amendments are pennitted, subject to the provisions of Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes and Rule 9J-11 of the Florida Administrative Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That Chapter 66, Section 66-29, of the City of Casselberry's Code of Ordinances, as amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the City of Casselberry's Comprehensive Plan, regulating and restricting the use of lands within the City of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same is hereby amended to include property as Residential, for those parcels of land located on the west side of Lake Drive, north of the Quintuplet Drive and Lake Drive intersection, as shown on "Attachment A" totaling 2.67 (+/-) acres in size and described as follows: ParcellD Numbers: 09-21-30-5BM-OAOO-0250 09-21-30-5BM-OAOO-026A 09-21-30-5BM-OAOO-0270 City of Casselberry, Florida Ordinance No. 06.1196 Page 1 of2 .
