SECTION II. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby appealed. SECTION III. Severabilitv. "any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconsmutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. SECTION IV. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida, Official Zoning Map, as amended and supplemented. SECTION V. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon the effective date of Ordinance No. 06-1187 as adopted by the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and pursuant to the City Charter. "Ordinance No. 06-1187 does not become effective, then this Ordinance shall become null and void. FIRST READING this 13th day of March, 2006.
