Wells, AICP <br />Community Development Director <br />City of Casselberry <br />95 Triplet lake Drive <br />Casselbeny, Florida 32707 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 06-1188 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CG (Commercial General) FOR THAT PARCEL <br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section I is within the corporate boundary of the City of <br />Casselberry; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due publiC notice to consider the rezoning amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current City of Casselberry Official <br />Zoning Map classifications of the properties hereinafter described, has been duly held by the City <br />Commission in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for <br />and/or against the proposed amendments of the City of Casselberry Official Zoning Map classifications were <br />heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has <br />determined that the Official Zoning Map classifications of said properties shall be established as set forth <br />below as those classifications are defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, <br />of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and <br />has further determined that said zoning is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3 of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended <br />and supplemented, be, and the same is hereby amended for the parcels of land located on the southern <br />side of Lake Ellen Drive, west of the intersection of SR 17/92 as shown on "Exhibit A" totaling <br />0.679 (+/-) acres in size and described as follows: <br /> <br />ParcellD Number: 08-21-30-510-EAOO-0200 <br /> <br />City of Casselberry, Florida <br />Ordinance No. 06-1188 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
