<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. That Chapter 66, Section 66-29 of the City of Casselberry's Code of Ordinances, as <br />amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the City of Casselberry's Comprehensive Plan, <br />regulating and restricting the use of lands within the City of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same is hereby <br />amended for those parcels of land totaling 2.04 acres (+/-) in size with approximately 170 feet of Seminola <br />Blvd. frontage and a depth of approximately 400 feet as shown on "Exhibit A" and more specifically <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 10 legal <br />Number Description <br />09-21-30-501-0COO-0030 LEG WL Y 200 FT OF EL Y 250 FEET OF SLY 400 FT (LESS RD ON S) & WL Y 50 FT <br /> OF ELY 300 FT OF NLY 200 FT OF SLY 400 FT OF BLK C & W 1/2 OF N 100 FT OF <br /> VACD ST ON E BLK C LAKE KATHRYN PARK PB 8 PG 7 <br /> <br />and are hereby amended and given the proposed Future Land Use Map designations. These classifications <br />are defined in Section V of the City of Casselberry's Comprehensive Plan, Future Land Use Element. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts, All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions <br />of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of <br />any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date, This ordinance shall not become effective until 31 days after <br />adoption. If challenged within 30 days after adoption, small scale development amendments shall not <br />become effective until the state land planning agency or the Administrative Commission, respectively, issues <br />a final order determining the adopted small scale development amendment is in compliance. <br /> <br />City of Casselberry, Florida <br />Ordinance No. 06-1183 <br />Page20f3 <br />
