WeHs, AICP Community Development DileClor City of Casselbeny 95 Tnplet Lake Drive CasseJbeny, Florida 32707 ORDINANCE No, 06-1183 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO AMEND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL FUTURE LAND USE MAP, ESTABLISHING THE COMMERCIAL FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION OF PS (Public Service) FOR THE PARCEL AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE," Whereas, the property described in Section I has an approved Conditional Use (CU 02-15) and an approved site plan (SPR 03-17); and Whereas, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the City of Casselberry Medium Density Residential future land use designation of the properties hereinafter described, has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry Public Service Future Land Use designation were heard; and Whereas, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider the comprehensive plan amendment; and Whereas, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has held a public hearing to consider the comprehensive plan amendment and has determined that the Future Land Use designation of said property shall be established as Public Service as that designation is defined in Future Land Use Element Policies FLU 1,9, as amended and supplemented, of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and Whereas, such amendments are permitted subject to the provisions of F.S.
