<br />SECTION FIVE: The Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Part II, Chapter 26, Occupational
<br />License Tax, Section 26-39, Transfer of license, is amended as follows:
<br />
<br />All business licenses issued under this Article may be transferred to a new owner when there is a bona
<br />fide sale of the business upon payment of a transfer fee of $&00 uo to 10 oercent of the annual license
<br />tax hut not less than $3 00 nor more than $25 00 and presentation of evidence of the sale and the
<br />original license. Upon written request and presentation of the original license, any license may be
<br />transferred from one location to another location in the City upon payment of a transfer fee of $&00 !!l!JQ
<br />10 oercent of the annual license tax but not less than $3.00 nor more than $25 00
<br />
<br />SECTION SIX: The Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Part II, Chapter 26, Occupational
<br />License Tax, Section 26-40, Replacement of license, is amended as follows:
<br />
<br />For the purpose of replacing any mutilated, destroyed or lost license certificates granted by the City
<br />under this Article, an appropriate duplicate license shall be issued upon submission of satisfactory
<br />evidence that the original certificate or receipt was mutilated, destroyed or lost, upon the holder of the
<br />original license furnishing indemnity satisfactory to the City and upon payment of the sum of $&00 ~ to
<br />the City by the holder for each duplicate license or receipt executed and delivered.

<br />SECTION SEVEN: The Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Part II, Chapter 26, Occupational
<br />License Tax, Section 26-43, Exemptions, is amended as follows:
<br />
<br />la\ NonDrofit oroanizations. For those oraanizations that can orovide evidence from the state of their
<br />exemotion as set forth under F S Chaoter 205 no license tax will be reouired However the
<br />oroanization will still be reollired to obtain an occuoationallicense
<br />tat !Ill No occupational license shall be required by any charitable, religious, fraternal, youth, civic, service
<br />or other such organization when the organization makes occasional sales or engages in fundraising
<br />projects when the projects are performed exclusively by the members thereof and when the
<br />proceeds derived from the activities are used exclusively in the charitable, religious, fraternal, youth,
<br />civic and service activities of the organization or any religious faith.
<br />tat l!;) Nothing in this Article shall be construed to require a license for practicing the religious tenets of
<br />any church.
<br />{Gt LQl Disabled veterans of any war or their unremarried spouses as defined in F.S. ~ 205.171 (6) qualify for
<br />exemptions as described therein.
<br />fQj ~ Disabled persons, the aged, and widows with minor dependents as defined in F.S. ~ 205.162 qualify
<br />for exemptions as described therein.
<br />tel ill No occupational license shall be required of any natural person engaging in the selling of farm,
<br />agricultural, grove, horticultural, tropical pisciculture or tropical fish products, or products manufactured
