<br />City Commission Meeting <br />July 24, 2006 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />Audience Input: John Casselberry, 700 S. Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, recommended the City put <br />the adult entertainment issue as a referendum straw ballot (Item A through E - Public Hearing Items) at the <br />upcoming election in November 2006. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Collen S. Hufford to approve Ordinance 06-1199, <br />Future Land Use Map Amendment (LPA 06-14) Industrial Medium of tbe <br />Northeast Industrial Park Replat, as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Susan Doerner and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />C. First Reading of Ordinance 06-1200 Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) Amendments <br />Adding Industrial Medium Zoning Designation to Part 1II of the City Code and Revising All <br />Pertinent Related Sections of the ULDR (LP A 06-12) <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 06-1200 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE CITY UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO CREATE A <br />NEW ZONING DISTRICT TO BE ENTITLED"INDUSTRIAL MEDIUM" WHICH <br />DISTRICT SHALL BE ABBREVIATED AS "I-M" AMENDING SECTION 2-5.2.F, <br />OF ARTICLE V, ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS, OF CHAPTER II, <br />DISTRICT AND GENERAL REGULATIONS, TO INCLUDE THE PURPOSE AND <br />INTENT OF THE I-M ZONING DISTRICT; AMENDING TABLE 2-5.3 ENTITLED <br />"LAND USE BY DISTRICT" OF ARTICLE V, ZONING DISTRICT <br />REGULATIONS, OF CHAPTER II, DISTRICT AND GENERAL REGULATIONS, <br />TO ESTABLISH PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL LAND USE FOR THE I-M <br />ZONING DISTRICT; AMENDING TABLE 2-5.4 ENTITLED "SIZE AND <br />DIMENSION REGULATIONS" OF ARTICLE v, ZONING DISTRICT <br />REGULATIONS, OF CHAPTER II, DISTRICT AND GENERAL REGULATIONS, <br />TO ESTABLISH SIZE AND DIMENSION REGULA TIONSFOR THE I-M ZONING <br />DISTRICT; AMENDING TABLE 2-4.2 ENTITLED "FUTURE LAND USE MAP <br />DESIGNATIONS AND ZONING DISTRICTS" OF ARTICLE IV, <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IMPLEMENTATION, OF CHAPTER II, DISTRICT <br />AND GENERAL REGULATIONS, TO ADD I-M ZONING DISTRICT AS A <br />CORRESPONDING ZONING DISTRICT TO THE "INDUSTRIAL-MEDIUM" <br />FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION; ADDING SECTION 2-7.28 TO <br />ARTICLE VII, GENERAL REGULATIONS, OF CHAPTER II DISTRICT AND <br />GENERAL REGULATIONS, OF CHAPTER II DISTRICT AND GENERAL <br />REGULATIONS OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO <br />PROVIDE DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA; PROVIDING FOR <br />CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Lee:al Advertisement: Advertised in the Orlando Sentinel on July 12,2006.
