Approval of A!!enda <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner to approve the Agenda as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Colleen S. Hnfford and carried on a <br />5 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />6. Presentations - None <br /> <br />7. Citizens' Comments <br /> <br />1) Leeann Torella, 605 Benedict Way, Casselberry, Florida, voiced objections to the City's Code <br />regarding canopies. <br />2) Debi Branning and Rick Branning, 607 Benedict Way, Casselberry, Florida, also voiced objections <br />to the City's Code regarding canopies.. <br />3) John Casselberry, 700 S. Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, recommended regulations regarding <br />adult entertainment be an issue for straw ballot at the upcoming election. <br />4) Paul McKernan, 530 Queens Mirror Circle, Casselberry, Florida, voiced concerns regarding illegal <br />drug activity at 535 Queens Mirror and requested Code Enforcement and Police Department look <br />into the situation. <br />5) Robert Weiss, 62 Carriage Hill Circle, Casselberry, Florida, expressed concern with the adult <br />entertainment industry and its affect on the Community. <br /> <br />8. Public Hearin!!s <br /> <br />A. Second Reading of Ordinance 06-1194 - Revision to the Unified Land Development Regulations <br />(ULDR) - Parking of Prohibited Vehicles in Residential Districts (LPA 6-04) <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 06-1194 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />PART III, ARTICLE X, SECTION 3-10.9(A)(I) OF THE CASSELBERRY CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES ENTITLED "PARKING OF VEHICLES IN RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS;" ESTABLISHING THE CRITERIA DESIGNATING A PROHIBITED <br />VEHICLE; PROVIDING APPROPRIATE PARKING LOCATIONS AND <br />SCREENING OPTIONS FOR PROHIBITED VEHICLES IN SINGLE FAMILY AND <br />MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS; ALLOWING PARKING OF <br />PROHIBITED VEHICLES IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS WHILE ACTIVELY <br />ENGAGED IN SERVICE WORK OR MAKING DELIVERIES; AMENDING <br />CASSELBERRY CODE OF ORDINANCES, PART II, CHAPTER 82, SECTION 82- <br />127 ENTITLED "TRUCK PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS" AND SECTION <br />82-134 ENTITLED "PARKING OF LARGE VEHICLES" TO PROVIDE <br />CONSISTENCY WITH PART III, ARTICLE X, SECTION 3-10.9; PROVIDING <br />FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />
