MOTION: Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner to approve Resolution 06-1689, City Owned Surplus Properties, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. D. Final Plat Approval for Enclave at Wyndham Woods (SP 06-05) Staff Presentation: SP 06-05 is the final plat for the enclave at Wyndham Woods. The proposed subdivision consists of20 units, 1.92 acres which will allow for 10.36 dwelling units per acre. The plat complies with the Casselberry ULDR's and is a major subdivision, which requires City Commission approval. The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the site plan and unanimously recommended approval on June 12, 2006. The City Attorny has reviewed the articles of incorporation, the bylaws, the covenants and restrictions, the final plat, and the title opinion for the Enclave at Wyndahm Woods and all documents are in acceptable legal form. The City Surveyor has also reviewed the final plat submittal and found it to be in accordance with the requirements of F.S. 177. Staff Recommendation: Approval ofSP 06-05, Enclave at Wyndahm Woods. Resolution 06-1690 New Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement with Seminole County The City Clerk read Resolution 06-1690 by title as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ENTER INTO A TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH SEMINOLE COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Staff Presentation: Resolution 06-] 690 authorizes a Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement with Seminole County. The agreement has an effective date of August 1,2006 and must be executed by the City Commission and returned to the County by July 3 I, 2006. The annual maintenance fee will increase from $2.000to $3,916 pertraffic signal. Funds are available in the Public Works budget. Staff Recommendation: Approval of Resolution 06-1690 as presented. MOTION: Moved by Commissioner Colleen S. Hnfford to approve Resolution 06-1690, Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and approved on a 5 - 0 vote. The City Commission welcomed Ed Torres, new Public Works Director, as of July 3,2006.
