Special Invoice and Minor Contract Report <br /> <br />Pursuant to Resolution 05-1557, invoice information regarding attorney fees, initial contracts for projects, <br />award of bids and change orders on a project in excess of five (5%) percent are to be presented to the <br />Commission prior to payment. The following invoices and/or contracts are presented for Commission <br />consideration: <br /> <br />Professional Services - Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D' Agresta, P.A. <br />Legal Services Adult Entertainment Ordinance Feb. & Mar. 2006 <br /> <br />$ 434.50 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Linda Hart to approve the Special InvoicelMinor <br />Contract Report as presented. Resolution 06-1674 - Fire Prevention-Related Fees <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 06-1674 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, SETTING FIRE <br />PREVENTION RELATED FEES AS ESTABLISHED IN SECTION 42-177, <br />ARTICLE VI, CHAPTER 42, FIRE PROTECTION AND PREVENTION, OF THE <br />CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, <br />CONFLICTS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Resolution 06-1674 establishes and outlines the Fire Prevention Fees pursuant to the <br />passing of ordinance 06-1193, which authorized the fees. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approval of Resolution 06-1674 as presented. <br /> <br />Audience InDut: None <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Linda Hart to approve Resolution 06-1674, Fire <br />Prevention Fees, as presented.
