Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Colleen S. Hufford and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />B. Public Hearing and Second Reading of Ordinance 06-1192 - Zoning Map Amendment (ZB <br />06-01) for Property Located at 11 Lemon Lane <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 06-1192 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN <br />ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS <br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND <br />SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CG <br />(COMMERCIAL GENERAL) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I <br />OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Legal Advertisement: The Notice of Public Hearing was advertised on April 28, 2006 in the Orlando <br />Sentinel. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Ordinance 06-1192 is a request to change the Official Zoning Map from R-2F <br />(Residential Two Family) to CG (Commercial General) for property located at 11 Lemon Lane. The City <br />Commission approved Ordinance 06-1192 on April 10,2006. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approval of Ordinance 06-1192 on second reading and public hearing. <br /> <br />Audience InDut: No Requests <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford to approve Ordinance 06-1192, <br />Shoot Straight Zoning Map Amendment, as presented. Motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />C. Approval of Voluntary Development Commitment Agreement - Shoot Straight II Holdings <br />Company, LLC - Parcel Located on the South Side of 11 Lemon Lane, West of the U.S. Hightway <br />17-92 <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Staff requested the following amendment to the Agreement: <br /> <br />Section 5 was amended as follows: <br />"The terms and provisions ofthe Voluntary DevelopmentCommitmentAgreementare severable and <br />in the event any portion ofthis Voluntary Development Commitment is found to be invalid or illegal, then <br />it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of this commitment." <br />
