Seminola Boulevard East Small Area Study <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: The Seminola Boulevard East Small Area Study was conducted by the Community <br />Development Department to gather citizen input that was used to develop standards to guide and promote <br />the development/redevelopment of the properties along Seminola Boulevard between Winter Park Drive and <br />Murphy Road. This is the third small area study conducted along this corridor. There were two public <br />hearings conducted to address concerns of citizens in the study area. <br />
