Resolution 06-1637 - Ouarterly Budget Amendment <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 06-1637 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR <br />THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,2005 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER <br />30,2006; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: There were two amelldments in Resolution 06-1637. FirstQuarterly Budget Amendment <br />(1) General Fund in the amount of $16,884 to cover additional costs associated with the contract with the <br />new City Manager; and (2) Utilities Fund in the amount of $2,500 to cover purchase of replacement <br />computer for the Public Works Director. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approval of Resolution 06-1637. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Colleen S. Resolution 06-1638 - Commercial/Residential Properties Annexation and Single Residential <br />Unit Annexation Agreements <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 06-1638 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A <br />STANDARD ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FORM FOR PROPERTIES <br />CONTIGUOUS TO, AND PROPERTIES NOT CONTIGUOUS TO, THE CITY <br />LIMITS WHERE THE OWNERS DESIRE TO ANNEX THE PROPERTY INTO <br />THE CITY AND UTILIZE CITY WATER OR SANITARY SEWER; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Developing properties within Seminole County that utilize City of Casselberry utilities <br />are required to sign an annexation agreement with the City prior to connection of utilities. Resolution 06- <br />1638 changes the forms for accommodating these annexations. There are two types offorms (I) commercial <br />and/or residential for development greater than one unit, and (2) single unit residential development. Both <br />agreement for commercial and multi-unit residential require a title opinion to ensure that all persons with an <br />
