Call to Order <br /> <br />Mayor Goff called the regular meeting ofthe City Commission to order at 7:03 p.m. Mayor Goff announced <br />the procedures for audience participation and noted the necessary forms were available in the lobby for <br />anyone in the audience that wished to request participation on allY agenda item, or address the Commission <br />on any other matter <br /> <br />2. Invocation <br /> <br />Mayor Goff requested everyone observe a moment of silence in memory of former Mayor Andrea Dennison's <br />mother who passed away on January 7, 2006. <br /> <br />3.
