Supervise <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />direct agenda preparation and the <br /> <br />scheduling of Commission meetings under the direction of the Commission <br /> <br />Chairman. <br /> <br />10. Direct, <br /> <br />supervise, <br /> <br />and administer all Commission <br /> <br />activities with other governmental agencies. <br /> <br />11. Attend all Commission meetings, conferences, and work <br /> <br />sessions and provide recommendations and assistance on all subjects under <br /> <br />discussion and consideration. <br /> <br />12. Receive, investigate, and effect the timely resolution <br /> <br />of all complaints concerning City functions. <br /> <br />13. Administer and maintain the City personnel program with <br /> <br />the assistance of the Personnel Director. <br /> <br />14. Assist <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />direct the Civil Service Board with <br /> <br />selection and employment of administrative personnel. <br /> <br />15. Direct and administer the City central purchasing <br /> <br />procedure. <br /> <br />16. Implement and administer all the City budgets. <br /> <br />17.
