The Bridge Group has been playing
Bridge at the Center for about twenty years and she did not feel the seniors were being
treated fairly by the staff.

Members of the Bridge Group, approximately 11 members, were present in support ofthe
complaint presented by Ms. French. The City Manager was asked to have staff research the
complaint.

. John Casselberry, 700 S. Lost Lake Lane, registered a complaint with the Commission
regarding Code Enforcement Liens. He indicated that the Board would not hear two of his
cases on appeal because he had paid the fines to prevent foreclosure. The City Attorney
addressed Mr. Casselberry's concerns by explaining the procedures available to him for
appeals of decisions, fines and liens imposed by the Code Enforcement Board.
