Approval of Aeenda <br /> <br />Mayor Goff stated that staff requested the Agenda be modified to add under New Business as Item H, <br />"Reduction of Code Enforcement Lien - CE-2001-165, 60-66 Griggs Avenue". <br />MOTION: Moved by Commissioner Snsan Doerner to approve the Agenda as modified. <br />The motion was seconded by Commissioner Kathy L. Cook and carried <br />nnanimously by voice vote. (5 - 0) <br /> <br />6. Presentations <br /> <br />A. Proclamation - Retirement of Bettie Neal, Records Supervisor, Police Department <br /> <br />Mayor Goff presented the following Proclamation to Bettie Neal: <br /> <br />Wherea.~, Bettie L Neal, has served the City of Casselberry in a professional and dedicated manner since <br />being hired on September 1, 1970 and later in the capacity as Police Records Supervisor since being <br />promoted to such position on October I, 1979; and <br /> <br />Whereas, Bettie L Neal, whose enthusiasm, professionalism and devotion to duty has proven to be a <br />tremendous asset to the City over the years by providing its citizens with outstanding customer service; and <br /> <br />Whereas, Bettie L Neal, for more than thirty-five years has been an exemplary employee of the City of <br />Casselberry. A dedicated Records Supervisor in the Police Department, who has served six different Police <br />Chiefs, trained numerous employees, and whose commitment to the City and its Police Department has <br />proven to be invaluable. <br /> <br />Now, Therefore,!, Bob Goff, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor ofthe City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, present this Proclamation to Bettie I.
