This will allow <br />residential Zoning for the City Center Property, maximum of 13 units per acre. Public Hearing and Second Reading of Ordinance 05-1155 - Community Redevelopment District <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Future Land Use Policv 1.17 (LPA 05-02) <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 05- I 155 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY AMENDING THE <br />FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT POLICY 1.17WITH UPDATED LANGUAGE FOR <br />THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR <br />SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Le!!al Advertisement: The notice for the second public hearing for Ordinance 05- 1155 was advertised in <br />the Orlando Sentinel on Sunday, October 30, 2005. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Ordinance 05-1155 amends the Future Land Use Policy 1.17 of the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan to reflect the adopted "Community Redevelopment Urban Design Standards" and the <br />proposed future land use map overlay designation for the Community Redevelopment District. After <br />approval on first reading by the Commission on March 14,2005, the amendment was transmitted to DCA <br />for their review as a large scale amendment. There were no objections received and DCA will issue a <br />"Notice of Intent" of their final approval. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approve Ordinance 05-1 155 on second and final public hearing. <br /> <br />Audience InDut: (Comments made by John Casselberry, 700 S.
