This item will be placed on <br />a future agenda for a presentation to the Commission. <br /> <br />12. Commission Reports/Requests <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner - No Report <br /> <br />Commissioner Cook - <br /> <br />· Attended the October 2005 Mayor's/Manager Meeting representing the City for the Mayor. <br /> <br />· Attended the "Walk Your Child to School Day" and congratulated Susan Vernon-Devlin for a good <br />job in the coordination of the event. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hufford - <br /> <br />Attended the reception for Sgt. Diaz on October 15,2005 for his service in the military. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hart- <br /> <br />· Attended the reception for Sgt. Diaz on October 15,2005 and presented a Proclamation to him, on <br />behalf of the Commission, for his service in Iraq. <br /> <br />Attended the PBSA Meeting on October 12,2005 and presented the State ofthe City message in the <br />Mayor's stead. <br /> <br />· Congratulated Mr. Dreier and the Finance Department on achieving the "A ward of Financial <br />Reporting Achievement" <br /> <br />· The next CALNO Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 2,2005, at the School Board. <br /> <br />Mayor Goff - <br /> <br />Thanked Commissioners Cook and Hart for filling in for him while he was on vacation in the <br />Bahamas. <br /> <br />· Requested the Administration meet with Longwood to discuss a possible nterlocal Agreement <br />regarding utilities and annexation. Mr. Segreto stated that he had met with Longwood regarding this <br />issue and the matter will be readdressed after the arrival of the new City Manager. This matter will <br />come back to the Commission after that time. <br /> <br />Attended the Casselberry Elementary School "Walk Your Child to School Day". <br />
