Any deviation from this stability <br />requirement will be considered only after review and <br />documentation of the special circumstances with the City <br />Engineerin!i Division. <br />(3) The completed road shall be guaranteed by maintenance bonding <br />for a period of two years. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That Article XIX, Subdivision, Section 4-19.2.V.19, Standards for Roadway <br />Section, of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is <br />hereby revised as follows: <br />19.
