RESOLUTION NO. 94-869 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR APPLICATIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BY THE CITY'S DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE, THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND THE CITY COMMISSION; PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATION; ESTABLISHING FEES FOR TREE REMOVAL PERMITS; PROVIDING FOR WAIVER OF FEES; PROVIDING FOR REFUND OF FEES; PROVIDING FOR CONTINUANCE OF FORCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, Florida is experiencing continuing development and growth; and WHEREAS, administrative costs are associated with the review of development applications; and WHEREAS, Section 1-2.8 (B) (2) of the Unified Land Development Regulations requires that certain fees related to land development be established by resolution of the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the City desires to establish, pursuant to applicable current requirements of the law, a schedule of application fees to partially defray the administrative costs of development review; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to place these administrative costs upon the applicants requesting these services; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMIS~ION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: . SECTION ONE. Establishment of Fee Schedule. Fees for development review by the Development Review Committee, Planning and Zoning Commission, the Board of Adjustment and City Commission are hereby established in accordance with the fee schedule attached as Exhibit A. SECTION TWO. Establishment of Tree Removal Permit Fee. Fees for tree removal permits are hereby established in accordance with the fee schedule attached as Exhibit A. SECTION THREE. Administration. Each application for development review shall be submitted to the Community Development Department accompanied by a check, made payable to the City. (1) Community Dev. 11/10/94
