You see the other two big areas that we're eating up and trying to figure out how to jockey that around. We
get started on the remaining amount. If you decide so much as you want to do it on your own, you already
own the land, that's fine. If you decide to do a lease-back, we'll do a lease-back. If you decide to do a build-
two, we'll do that. If you decide you have alternate funds, you can do that. If you decide that, you know
what, you just can't make a decision, we will make you a deal. We'll buy it back dollar for dollar. And, and
I got to tell you, from a city's perspective, and we're doing a lot of these, and we're doing a very good job
on a lot of these all around the state and out of state; the only recommendation I'd have is if the City; you
know what? We couldn't decide to decide to decide, but do you know what we did do? We bought this land,
we cleaned it up and you know, if we develop this, which we're getting a much higher tax base than we ever
had before, and we made a profit on the land. Not a bad deal as a City Commission. That's if you don't do
a community center. If you do do a community center, then so much to the better, because that's probably
what you do need and I think that was our original intent from day one. But please do something. I am
begging you again like I was ninety days ago and I am thrilled that you have; and Tony, by the way, did a
phenomenal job filling in; but I'm glad that you have a, a new City Manager and I think he'll do a
phenomenaljob from what I've heard. Ijust; please make a decision. In thirty days, the vote; and now how
we get on the agenda; I'm mad at our group. I told Tim, come up here thirty and sixty days ago and say guys,
we've had it. Enough's enough. Time is of the essence. Refund our money or we're going to go back or
whatever. Enough's enough, guys. Make a decision. Get going vertically. Y our municipality will be happy
with you. You drive down the road. Please do me a favor. Drive down tonight from 436 all the way to the
next intersection up here past the Home Depot. Look at what you're looking at, and then do, do a good, do
a good look at kind of what we're trying to draw and with the elevations we gave you. Whatever. Its going
to be the nicest thing you've got from 436 to the next intersection. Not a big deal, but its your's and you
made a profit. So, I implore you to be decisive, and I don't know how we can get on the agenda. The request
that we have is that you carve out an area dollar for dollar and I'm sure we can, we can give it to John to
verify the square; however; independent engineer; I don't care how you quantify that, that size, and, and take
that out of the contract. We close, we get started on the remaining balance ofthe area, and then if, if, if you
guys decide you want to do it, great. If you don't, that's okay too. But, I'm begging of decision because as
Unicorp's CEO, this, this is the most amazing City that we've ever in our lives done a project with and I
really truly believe and I would say this, that you have a great, your Commissioners are very devoted to the
City. They really are. You guys devote and you're, you take it on personally, and that's a great thing but
