City of Casselberry, Florida, and at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of the City of Casselberry Future Land Use Map designations were heard; and WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has held a public hearing to consider the Comprehensive Plan Amendment and has determined that the Future Land Use Map designations of said properties provided in Section I, herein, shall be established as specified as those designations are defined in Future Land Use Element Objective FLU 1, as amended and supplemented, of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida; and WHEREAS, such amendments are permitted, subject to the provisions of Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes and Rule 9J-11 of the Florida Administrative Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That Chapter 66, Section 66-29 of the City of Casselberry's Code of Ordinances, as amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the City of Casselberry's Comprehensive Plan, regulating and restricting the use of lands within the City of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same is hereby amended for those parcels of land totaling 34.72 (+/-) acres in size and more specifically described as follows and are hereby amended and given the proposed Future Land Use Map designations. These classifications are defined in Section V of the City of Casselberry's Comprehensive Plan, Future Land Use Element.
