<br />ATTACHMENT "An <br /> <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.1 TO <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> <br />TO THE <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUING CONSULTING <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br />BETWEEN THE <br /> <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />AND <br />TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING, INC. d/b/a TEl <br /> <br />This Amendment No.1, dated this "21 ill day of O~ , 2005 to the <br />Supplemental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as Supplement No.3) to the <br />Agreement for Continuing Consulting Transportation Engineering Services previously <br />entered into on the 25th day of March 2002 by and between the City of Casselberry, <br />hereinafter referred to as the OWNER and Transportation Engineering, Inc. d/b/a TEl, <br />hereinafter referred to as the ENGINEER, is mutually agreed upon and declared an <br />extension of the original Agreement dated March 25, 2002. It is the intent of this <br />Amendment to provide additional Professional Transportation Engineering Services and <br />surveying in connection with the final design phase services related to the proposed <br />realignment of Triplet Lake Drive with Melody Lane. <br /> <br />In the event of a conflict between this Amendment and the original Agreement dated <br />March 25, 2002, the provisions of this Amendment shall apply for the work described <br />herein. In all other respects, the original Agreement dated March 25, 2002 shall apply. <br />
